Who we are

CutyMarq is operated by Purple Hardstone LLC, a United States company. By creating an account or using CutyMarq you agree to these terms. If you use CutyMarq for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.

Your account and workspace

• You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates and API keys you create.
• Workspace owners and admins decide who joins, what role they have and whether spending needs approval.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Credits and prices

• Rendering videos, Stories and AI images uses credits. One credit is $0.10 at list price. The price of each batch, story or image is shown before anything runs.
• Planning, hooks, scripts, story writing and editing, image ads and text ads cost no credits.
• Your balance can never go below zero. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Free trial: a new workspace gets free credits for 3 days. When the trial ends, free credits can no longer be used and new AI work stops; your plans and ads stay available to view and export.
• Credits included in a monthly plan are for that month. Unused ones do not carry over: when the plan renews, you have the plan's new credits, not the old ones added to them.
• Credit packs, once card checkout opens, do not expire while your workspace is in use. If a workspace has no activity for 12 months, we may end its unused credits after telling you by email at least 30 days before.

Refunds

If a render fails for a technical reason or comes out broken, every credit reserved for it is returned to your balance automatically. Refunds cover technical failures only. They never cover how an ad performs after you publish it: no tool can promise sales, clicks or results, and we do not.

Purchased credits are not paid back in money, except when we charged you by mistake or the law requires it. Deleting your account ends any credits left on it.

AI-generated content

• Every actor is a fictional adult. Every video and image we generate carries an AI-generated label. Do not remove or hide that label, and follow each ad platform's rules on AI and synthetic content.
• You may not use CutyMarq to depict or imply real people (including celebrities) or minors, to make medical, income or guaranteed-result claims, to invent testimonials or personal results, or to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexual or violent. Our moderation blocks some of this automatically; you remain responsible for what you publish.
• Custom avatars or voices of a real person will require that person's recorded consent when the feature exists.

What you provide

You confirm you have the rights to the product links, photos, brand names and text you give us, and that the claims you ask us to put in ads are true. We use them only to make your ads and run the service. Your workspace's content is not shown to other customers.

Connected ad accounts

If you connect Meta or TikTok, CutyMarq reads ad results only. It never publishes, edits or spends on your ad accounts. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored access.

The beta

The service is provided as is during the beta. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
