CutyMarq is in private beta. This is the beta version, written in plain language from how the product works today. It will be replaced by a version reviewed by counsel before public launch, and we will tell account holders when that happens.

What we collect

  • Account: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store the password itself.
  • Your work: product links and the public page text we read from them, photos you upload, Brand Kits, scripts, stories and the ads we generate.
  • Credits: a ledger of credits granted, reserved, charged and refunded.
  • Results: ad results you import, or read from ad accounts you connect.
  • Invite requests: if you ask for a beta invite, the email and product link you give us, kept until we send the invite or you ask us to delete it.
  • Security: your IP address, kept briefly in memory to limit repeated sign-in attempts.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one while you connect an ad account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

To learn which pages help people, the public site counts events per day, such as a page view or a button press, with the page, the referring website and any campaign tag. To count each visitor once a day, and to sort visits by device type, browser and operating system, we briefly use your IP address and browser details in memory, mixed with a random key that is replaced every day and never saved; your time zone tells us your country. We keep only daily totals per category (for example “Phone”, “Chrome”, “France” or “Google”): no cookie, IP address, user agent or anything that identifies you is stored. When you create an account we note the kind of site that brought you (for example “Google” or “a campaign link”). Nothing is counted when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Who processes it

  • Fly.io hosts the app, its database and media storage in the United States.
  • Microsoft Azure generates voices, AI actor videos, images and scripts from the text you approve. Anthropic or OpenAI may do the same where configured.
  • Meta and TikTok, only if you connect an ad account. The access they give us is stored encrypted and used read-only.
  • An email provider, once we use one, to send sign-in and team emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your workspace content, products, campaigns, stories, results, connections and your login. The credit ledger keeps only ids and amounts, which accounting requires, and backups roll off on their normal schedule.

Your choices

  • Edit your name and password, or delete your account, from the account page at any time.
  • Disconnect ad accounts from the integrations page at any time.
